When ordering from LightUpMenorah.com, the charge on your card will appear as JEWISH INNOV / SHLUC SVC
DAMAGE OR OTHER DISCREPANCY:
In the event that your item is damaged or defective due to UPS or LightUpMenorah error,
we will replace your item free of charge.
We can not provide refunds of damaged or incorrect items, only replacements. This applies to seasonal items as well.
If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged box and call your local shipping representative immediately. A claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with UPS/USPS within 7 days of delivery.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. There are no refunds provided.
CANCELLATIONS
All items on this site are Custom-Ordered for the client. Any orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Any orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, provided the item did not ship yet. Should the item have shipped, please see RETURNS above.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Please Note: Due to the nationwide pandemic, UPS and Fedex no longer guarantee their arrival dates. As a result we can not provide refunds should any order be delayed in transit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If Shipping needs to be expedited, please reach out to us via email in response to your order confirmation.

We offer a 1yr Manafacturer warranty on any electrical components, and offer replacements parts in years to come. We are dedicated to ensuring that your menorah not only meets, but exceeds your expectations.
