Return Policy
Light Up Menorah must authorize all returns or exchanges. E-mail Info@LightUpMenorah.com or call (516) 331-1225.
When ordering from LightUpMenorah.com, the charge on your card will appear as JEWISH INNOV / SHLUC SVC
DAMAGE OR OTHER DISCREPANCY:
Please open boxes immediately. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be placed within three days of delivery.
In the event that your item is damaged due to UPS or JewFadz error, we will replace your item free of charge. We can not provide refunds of damaged item, only replacements.
If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged box and call your local shipping representative immediately. A claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with UPS/USPS within 7 days of delivery.
RETURNS:
All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. Seasonal (Holiday) items are not eligible for return.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping. All returned merchandise must be received by LightUpMenorah.com in saleable condition and must be shipped via insured mail. Customers are responsible for shipping on returned merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS
All items on this site are Custom-Ordered for the client. Any orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Any orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, provided the item did not ship yet. Should the item have shipped, please see RETURNS above.
CROWN HEIGHTS PICKUP:
There will be no refunds for any items picked up from the garage on Montgomery Street, regardless of condition. You are fully responsible to take the correct items and ensure that it meets your satisfaction before leaving.
Any items canceled after fulfillment will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Food & Seasonal (Holiday) items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Please Note: Due to the nationwide pandemic, UPS and Fedex no longer guarantee their arrival dates. As a result we can not provide refunds should any order be delayed in transit.
REFUNDS:
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, usually you will receive it a lot sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days). Post-Holiday Season please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for processing.
