What is your Menorah made of?

Durable, Powder Coated Non-Rust Aluminum, with Acrylic Facia.

Can it be used outdoors? What about in the winter?

YES!
This durable menorah was made for Indoor or Outdoor use. We spared no expense in getting the top material for a strong, long lasting, and impressive finish.In strong and windy environment, please secure well. Our Double Pyramid Base comes with space for 2 sandbags inside, as well as sandbags on the lid. In addition, there are holes on all 4 sides, allowing it to be anchored into the grass or drilled into the ciment. Thank G-d we have great reports coming from Massachusetts, Chicago, Toronto, and all over the world.

What is the difference between your LED Menorah, and the light string i wan't to cover my existing Menorah with?

This Menorah is CLEAN, Modern and sleek. There is no loose wiring. Smooth Finish.

Can this Menorah be battery operated?

This Menorah uses 12V Low-Voltage, and can be used with worldwide Voltage. (110-250).

While a 110V battery-pack can give a short duration of use with the base product, our base is rewired to use a 12V Battery which can give you a longer run-time. .
One battery, with the dim on, has lasted over 3 days, and many customers have been successful in lighting up the menorah the entire Chanukah with 2-3 batteries! Please note: Only 7ft+ Menorahs have battery capabilities

How do the bulbs work?

Unlike traditional bulb sockets, where rain enters, and shorts the circuits, effectively making the bulbs stop working, we created a custom Light fixture, that screws over the LED chip, sealing it and creating a water barrier.

Is it double Sided?

Currently, we don't offer a double sided lit Menorah.

Do you have a fire adaptor?

Yes, we do! This fire adaptor was custom fit to our Menorah, screw in strongly, and can not be used for others.

Yes! Timer function instantly adding a new light every 24 hours is included on all 7+ foot models.

Does it Come Apart? How Small?

Yes, the menorah branches disconnect and can be packed into Our special case.

I love that pickup truck picture, how is that powered?

A lot of new trucks have built-in power inverters (AKA 110 Home AC Outlet, or you can get a power inverter sold on amazon for about $20 - here is a link (coming soon). We plugged it right in, and walla.

PS: This is NOT simple with other Menorahs you will find. Our Menorah, with its 12V capabilities, and built with this purpose in mind, makes this easy!

Is this Menorah only good for the USA, or can it be used internationally?

The Menorah has a universal transformer and can be used worldwide!

Can you make me a Custom size?

Yes, please contact us privately.

Do you provide multicolor lighting options for your product?

Currently, we do not offer multicolor lighting options. We take pride in the elegant, clean, and sophisticated design of our Menorah, and adding multicolor lights would detract from its polished appearance.

OK I get it, but I still want multicolor, why can't you offer a second version?
With Light up Menorah, every finished product you see, was approved after rigorous testing. Three years ago, we developed our initial multicolor prototype and operated it continuously for a year, using the most high-end components available. Unfortunately, by the end of the year, some colors were malfunctioning, and by the second year, it was no longer operational.
While technology advances each year, we have continued testing, but we refuse to compromise quality for the sake of trends. Our LED strips are engineered for long-lasting performance, and we prioritize quality over quantity. Please contact us for more technical specifications of the longevity of the white strips over Multicolor.

I'm currently having problems with my menorah which I keep up all year round. The bulb sockets get rusty until eventually it's completely ruined. Does Light Up Menorah have this issue?

No!
This is a problem we hear over and over again, and when we created the Menorah, we set our to fix this. We don't have bulb sockets to rust at all! Our LED Chips last 70,000-100,000 hours (that's 7-10 years!) After which they can be replaced for just a few dollars! We created a proprietary acrylic bulb cover that completely water-tights it, so it doesn't rust over the year or short circuit the Menorah.

Why did you get rid of the bulb? Now we can't just replace it with a bulb from the local store?

Our LED Chips last 70,000-100,000 hours (that's 7-10 years!) After which they can be replaced for just a few dollars! Our entire menorah runs on 12v power. This is a huge safety feature! (Other Menorahs can Gd forbid electrocute you if you touch them when they are wet), as well as so many other amazing perks such as:

No need to pay extra for LED Lights!

Why is the Menorah White and not silver? Isn't it Aluminum?

This Menorah is top quality through and through. It's finished with a white powder coat which prevents rust and provides a long-lasting outdoor finish!

I'm in a residential neighborhood, what do I do?

You're not alone! That's one of the reasons for our dimming feature! Is the full setting too bright for you? You can dim it! Thank G-d we have many successful home-owners loving this Led Light up Menorah, a public display in front of their home.
